our expertise and capacity. At this time, we are accepting inquiries for: Custom or semi-custom
new builds, Large-scale renovations, Interior furnishing projects with a minimum budget of
$75,000.

What services do you offer?

New Builds: From concept to completion, we collaborate with architects and builders to bring your dream home to life.  

Renovations:  Whether it's a single room or a complete overhaul, we transform existing spaces into fresh, functional, and beautiful designs.  

Turnkey Design Vacation Rentals: We specialize in creating inviting, stylish spaces for short-term rentals that appeal to guests and maximize rental potential. We handle every detail, so your home is rentals ready, complete with furniture, accessories, required items and finishing touches.  

Furnishings Only: Perfect if you don’t need structural changes but want to refresh your space with furniture, decor, and accessories.

Do you specialize in any particular style or type of project?

We specialize in high-end luxury rentals, thoughtfully designed with a refined coastal chic aesthetic. But we also love to do custom homes personalized for our clients.

Do you only work on residential projects, or do you design commercial spaces as well?

We do have experience with commercial spaces and we always love to collaborate on new spaces and ideas.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve Port Aransas, North Padre Island, and select areas of Corpus Christi. In the future, we plan to expand our offerings to include virtual design services, allowing us to work with clients anywhere.

What does your design process look like?

Our design process is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client and project. Here’s what you can expect:  

  1. Discovery Call: We start with a complimentary call to understand your vision, goals, and needs. This is where we learn about your project and discuss if your project is the right fit for us and if our team is the right fit for you. 
  2. Contracting Phase: Once we agree to move forward, we formalize the scope of work and timelines to ensure everything is clear and aligned.  
  3. Project Consultation: A deep dive into your space, style preferences, and functional needs, either in person or virtually, to gather all the details necessary to move forward.
  4. Design Concept: We develop a cohesive design plan, complete with mood boards, layouts, and curated selections that bring your vision to life.  
  5. Implementation: From ordering materials to overseeing installations, we manage every detail to ensure a seamless execution and a stunning final result.  

Every step of the process is designed to provide a personalized experience, ensuring your space reflects your style and exceeds your expectations.

How long does a typical project take?

The timeline for a project primarily depends on your contractor or builder. However, we do everything we can to ensure all design details are finalized and ready in advance, allowing each construction phase to move as efficiently as possible. Our goal is to streamline the process and minimize delays, so your project stays on track.

Do you offer in-person consultations or virtual options?

Yes, we offer in-home consultations upon request to provide a personalized experience tailored to your space. Additionally, we plan to expand our services in the coming year to include virtual design consultations, making it easier to work with clients no matter where they are located.

Budget and Pricing

What is the typical budget for a project?

Each project is unique and tailored to meet your specific needs. Given our current schedule and market trends, we are focusing on projects that align with our expertise and capacity. Our projects typically start at a minimum budget of $25,000.

Do you charge a flat fee, hourly rate, or work on a retainer?

Most of our work is billed on an hourly basis due to the many variables that can arise during a project. This approach ensures flexibility and transparency. We’ll discuss the details and what works best for your project during your discovery call.

Can you work with my existing furniture or decor?

Absolutely! We can incorporate your existing furniture and décor into the design. However, in some cases, it may be more cost-effective and aligned with the overall vision to replace certain items and start fresh. We’ll assess this together during the planning process.

Timeline and Expectations

How far in advance should I book your services?

This really depends on your needs. We achieve the best results when we’re brought on during the design phase, working alongside you and your architect to shape the vision from the start. However, some clients prefer to handle the initial design and selections themselves and then bring us in for specific areas of expertise. Our services are customizable to fit your project and support you where you need us most.

What happens if I need assistance after the project is completed?

We value long-term relationships with our clients and are often in touch well beyond project completion. If you need assistance after the project, we’re happy to help—just reach out, and we’ll take care of it.

Can I purchase directly from your shop or LTK page?

Absolutely! We understand that our services are a luxury and may not align with every budget. That’s why we’ve created our Amazon Shop and LTK page, offering both clients and non-clients the opportunity to bring the signature CF Designs style into their homes.

Do you share completed projects on social media or blogs?

With client permission, we love showcasing completed projects on our website, LTK, Pinterest, Instagram, and other platforms. Sharing our work allows us to inspire others and highlight the unique designs we create together.
